We are in search for a HR Reporting and Data Analyst to provide a centralised Global People Reporting and Analytics capability, working with HR team members to support the delivery and embedding of high-quality reporting products and key insights across HR, and supporting the Leadership to achieve their people objectives. This role will have relentless focus on data quality, process improvement and innovation, with a keen interest in enhancing reporting experience through technology.

This is an important position requiring both technical knowledge and business awareness, providing challenging opportunities for motivated individuals to contribute to the overall HR and Babylon strategy by providing actionable data insights. 

The ideal candidate will come with HR and business acumen around analytic best practices and be able to apply them to new and changing problems across the People function. They will possess strong technical analytic skills supporting predictive modelling and statistical forecasting including strong experience in coding languages, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Techniques.  While People reporting is rather early on the maturity curve, in addition to producing regular reporting, this role has an opportunity to help shape the reporting and analytics strategy and roadmap moving forward. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

    • Manage the HR Reporting and People Analytics activities across all areas of HR and build effective and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. 
    • Work with HR business partners and leaders of the different HR COEs to understand their objectives and establish their reporting needs and key performance indicators
    • Consult with HR team members/the business on more complex report requests
    • Influence and partner with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders from within the HR, IT, Finance, as well as the wider business, to design and implement robust, globally scalable HR solutions.
    • Create and embed collaboration between all HR teams, building a one team ethos.
    • Lead ad hoc projects as required, working in partnership with global stakeholders, including closure of audit actions.
    • Help to drive the HR business insight strategy, leading data driven problem solving
    • Champion insight driven approaches to problem solving, decision-making, and help to enhance the data and insight culture across the business.
    • Outline, establish and ensure the delivery of high quality and timely HR reporting products to the respective HR teams.
    • Design, deploy and maintain a reporting catalogue for standard and self service reports
    • Design and implement reporting governance and best practices
    • Support the development of the Global HR reporting and analytics roadmap
    • Ensure reporting processes and items are fully documented

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong HR process knowledge and a problem solving mindset
    • Experience of working with Saas/Cloud based HR system (i.e. BambooHR, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)MS Office – Advance Excel knowledge desired (i.e. Advanced VBA, Marcos, Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.)
    • Experience with G Suite/Google Workspace/Google Sheets a plusExperience with modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview) and statistical tools and methodology (R, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling) helpful but not required.
    • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to present options and demonstrate value, see patterns and trends and anticipate upcoming needs.
    • Ability to tell a story with data, through both compelling narrative and impactful visuals.
    • Experience operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • Awareness of Data Privacy relating to HR data capture and maintenance for a global population (heavy UK and US focus).High sense of confidentiality and responsibility, with deep appreciation of the need to maintain confidentiality of personal data.
    • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a global mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across a wide range of disciplines, teams, functions and levels, especially with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Results driven, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload.
    • Graduate in business, technology, or HR related studies (or with equivalent experience)
    • Team player, service-oriented, with great attention to detail coupled with an ability to present key issues succinctly to senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent oral communication & interpersonal skills High level of passion, drive and enthusiasm for data quality, HR data and analytics.
    • Minimum 5-8 years’ similar experience required in a fast pace company undertaking a similar role.
