Ontra is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager reporting to our Managing Director, Customer Success Operations & Strategy.
This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to provide strategic advice to the Customer Success team and senior leadership through comprehensive analysis of customer data. You will work closely with data and operations teams to establish processes that ensure the collection of vital data to drive your analyses.
