What You’ll Do 

The Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining and delivering reports across the organization. General day to day activities include: 

• Collecting and interpreting data from various sources
• Producing analysis of results across multiple reporting tools
• Working alongside teams within the business to establish and fulfill reporting needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing mission-critical reporting streams for C Level management
• Building and maintaining views of KPIs
• Day to day reporting across all functional areas of the business

What The Role Requires

• Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
• Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Sisense
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Technical writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
