WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Sr. Sales Analyst, you will support CloudBees' growing sales and customer success organizations by working closely with the sales leadership to provide insights and recommendations about the business. Your work will help guide the organizational and execution strategy of the field sales teams for planning, forecasting, and go to market execution.

  • Collaborate with managers and executives to develop analyses, KPI metrics, and presentations that will provide insight and direction to sales leadership

  • Provide forecast and pipeline analytics that will improve the leadership team’s ability to guide the business and improve accuracy of these processes

  • Leverage internal and third party data to build models to support data-based decision making across the organization

  • Engage with internal partners to support the business strategy,  bring structure to business requests, and translate requirements into an analytical projects

  • Deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate data and analytics  into  actionable insights

  • Collaborate with Marketing to build territory sizing models that support the sales segmentation strategy as a part of the annual planning process

  • Implement  sales and financial models to support the field planning cycle to capture financial planning elements associated with geographical rollups and calculations

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in  finance, accounting, economics, business, statistics, or other quantitative field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience supporting the data requirements of a sales organization
  • Solid understanding of spreadsheet, database and presentation software
  • Sophisticated problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
