WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Sr. Marketing Analyst, you will support CloudBees growing marketing organization succeed through operational execution, data management, and process innovation.  You will partner closely with the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to facilitate channel and program optimization, provide data driven insights, and develop our reporting cadences and infrastructure.

  • Drive full funnel efficiency through metric reviews, forecasting, and data tools.
  • Track team level goals.  Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, reporting cadences for marketing’s functional teams.  Build out and maintain marketing’s reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver strategic, action-oriented, insights to program managers to achieve sustainable growth targets.
  • Manage key analytics projects and initiatives including goal setting, forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Support multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting.
  • Research best practices, benchmarks, industry peers to provide insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years marketing analyst experience in a fast-growing enterprise software company.
  • Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Extensive experience with marketing data sources and tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Bizible, etc)
  • Extensive experience with enterprise level business intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI Looker, Sisense, Etc).
  • Experience using SQL, Python, R to collect, combine, aggregate, and clean large datasets across disparate ad platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in business or analytical field (e.g. Finance, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Math, Statistics)
