- Provide data support to stakeholders through dashboards, analyses, and adhoc requests
- Select, create, and report on key performance indicators or OKRs
- Design and develop core business metrics, create insightful automated dashboards (and the necessary data pipelines) and data visualizations to track progress
- Facilitate self-serve analytics throughout the company by creating training and documentation
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Share specific insights and recommendations with stakeholders and the rest of the team
- Diagnose reporting errors and improve test coverage
- You have thorough analytical and communication skills with the ability to craft data into compelling insights
- You have worked on marketing attribution, lifetime value calculations, and churn prediction
- You have an exhaustive business sense, with domain knowledge in marketing and sales
- You have designed, examined, and interpreted the results of marketing experiments
- You have experience working in SaaS
- You are proficient in SQL
- You have experience with a business intelligence tool (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Mode)
- Experience with dbt is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Calculate key business metrics such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and net dollar retention
- Construct a framework for measuring the success of product and marketing experiments
