7 / 30 / 60 / 90 plan

7 days — Company onboarding

Put the autopilot on and let you be guided through the onboarding: Get to know Maze, read about how we work, get access to the tools we use, ... and meet your team.

Main goal: You’re now one of us. You know everything you need to get started, where to find the information or who to ask to get the information you need.

30 days — Audit

Speak with as many people as possible from the Executive and operational levels. Understand their role in the organisation and forge a greater understanding of the current state (what’s working, what could be improved, what’s not working).

Main goal: Comprehensive understanding of what has been built to date, the gaps and challenges from your team, the different departments, and operational roles.

60 days — Run the team

Now that you’ve got a deeper understanding of where we stand.

It’s time to run the team, better understand the day-to-day, and address some of the low hanging fruits. By the end of this period, you should gain a complete view of the situation and put together the data Roadmap.

Main goal: Start running the team to get a 360 view and build the data Roadmap and get buy-in from key stakeholders.

90 days — Drive continuous improvement and impact

Define and track success metrics for your team, start/continue to execute on the Roadmap, amplify the impact achieved, and celebrate the wins. Start the hiring motion to help deliver your future plans, improve data/insight-driven culture and highlight its value/business impact.

Main goal: Start executing on the Data Roadmap
