WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build a system that gave us visibility and trust in our key metrics and user behaviors.

Key responsibilities:

• Find your primary collaborating customer within Maze who needs better knowledge to make decisions.
• Identify and learn about their primary output metric that measures success
• Audit the input metrics that drive that output
• Build the system to turn data into knowledge

What we're looking for:

• Project Management: at first you will be a team of one with many possible customers and lots of tasks to manage
• Business Analysis: you’ll need to get to know the business and find the gaps in our understanding
• Business Intelligence: you’ll need fluency in a business intelligence tool such as Tableau, Looker or Periscope or similar to package your findings
• Communication: you need the ability communicate your findings and persuade people to listen to you or else your work will not accomplish anything
• Data Engineer: you'll need to be able to build a data pipeline

• Experience leading a team
• Experience working for a SAAS
• Experience with Graph database, Neo4j and Cypher
