Our first product, Aim Lab, is a personalized training platform that helps gamers learn about their strengths and weaknesses and train for the game they love. Aim Lab has over 20 million players around the world and is available for free on Steam and even on Roblox. Aim Lab also has official partnerships with some of the biggest publishers, including Riot, and Ubisoft.

Data Analyst - Remote
We're looking for a smart, self-directed data analyst who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and can stay calm under the uncertainty of building something totally new. We're always balancing our efforts between young and mature projects, so you'll get along great with us if you aren't afraid to iterate quickly on fresh ideas, but also take pride in running a stable ship on production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner with dotted line reporting to business partners (product)
- Participate in buildout and maintenance of data ETL
- Deep dive analysis into topics such as customer retention, game experience, and funnel analysis
- A/B testing and analysis going beyond statistical significance and into experience breakdown
Ideal Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics/data science role (Mid Level position)
- High level proficiency of SQL
- Experience performing data analysis and statistical modeling using the R or Python
- Ability to work from a detailed level through synthesis of findings
- Comfortable presenting analytical findings resulting in recommendations for change
- Can collaborate with cross functional teams and influence product and analytics roadmap, with a demonstrated proficiency in relationship buildingInterest in gaming a plus
- Self-motivated, thrives in environments of ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects with minimal oversight and guidance
- Experience developing ETL pipelines leveraging SQL and Python
