Chainlink Labs is the market leader in providing a decentralized oracle solution for smart contracts to connect to real-world data and market prices of assets.The Data Feeds team seeks to equip oracle operators with proper insights in order to offer services backed by reliable data providers. 

As a Data Analyst on the Data Feeds team, you will work closely with engineers and data scientists to build out robust monitoring and analytics of data sources that drive the Chainlink oracle data ecosystem. The current focus is price feeds on centralized and decentralized exchanges - analyzing price, liquidity, volatility, and will quickly evolve to other data types to meet the growing demands of the blockchain ecosystem. You will report to the engineering manager on the team.

Your Impact

• Implement market data monitoring tools to analyze data quality across data sources that power Chainlink’s ecosystem
• Build scoring systems and models to detect unreliable data sources
• Build and maintain reports on market data analysis and data provider health to help drive business decisions and operational excellence
• Closely partner with the business team to advise on product strategy for data feeds

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial market data and ability to translate complex concepts to simple language in order to drive business decisions
• 3+ years of professional consultancy or analytics experience
• Professional experience and comfort performing complex data manipulation in SQL
• Professional experience owning and maintaining reports as a product on Tableau or an equivalent visualization tool
• Strong communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience owning multi month long projects, including communication of progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners
