Chainlink Labs is looking for an exceptional Manager to be hyper-focused on execution and delivery of projects in the Data Analytics team, who are powering our rapidly scaling business. The successful candidate will take the lead in small teams of hungry and talented Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver high impact projects across the business, whilst quickly becoming a Chainlink data SME to help shape the long term roadmap for the Analytics team. Chainlink is a mission and goals oriented organization and this role will play a key part in scaling the Analytics development life cycle as well as improving overall analytics capabilities across the team.

Your Impact

• Help shape the roadmap for the successfully delivery of Data Science and Analytics projects across the hyper growth Data Analytics team
• Help analysts tune data storytelling to amplify the impact of business insights
• Become a business SME on oracle analytics data and products
• Assist Head of Data Analytics with building the operating plan
• Own business analytics sprint planning and and workflow management and prioritization
• Build career plans with and mentor a super motivated and talented group of Data scientists and Data Analysts
• Work closely with AI & Data Platform Lead to ensure a customer centric approach to our infrastructure and internal analytics products

Requirements

• 5 + years experience managing and scaling teams of Data Scientists and Data Analysts
• 8+ year experience in Analytics or equivalent field, with a demonstrable track record of driving work to completion as both IC and manager
• Deep understanding of data modelling  and of 3rd party visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
• Extensive experience implementing Data Analytics development life cycles 
• Strong SQL and ability to dive into the data and help exploratory analysis when needed
• Experience working with blockchain data and api’s specifically a plus
• Strong understanding of core blockchain concepts such as transactions, event logs, contract abi’s, tokens vs coins, Layer 2’s, NFT’s a big plus
• Knowledge of solidity or other blockchain languages is a huge plus
• Understanding of modern data architectures
• Knowledge of statistics is a plus

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
