Job Description

inMarket is seeking a talented, and motivated, Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics team. You will work directly with the Finance department to analyze revenue data from our products to increase the efficiency of our business operations. You will leverage your SQL and Python skills to analyze complex data sets and work closely with our Data Engineering team to implement robust data pipelines to power our internal analytics. You will build dashboards for our Finance department to visualize trends and identify new revenue opportunities, and help to increase automation across our various business units.

You should have a learning mindset and be passionate about bringing large datasets together to answer business questions and provide recommendations based on data and metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
• 2+ years of relevant working experience or equivalent technical experience
• Extensive SQL experience
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSql, BigQuery
• Experience with cloud provider such as AWS Cloud, Google Cloud
• Experience with at least one programming language, Python preferred
• Expertise in data visualization technologies such as Looker, Tableau
• Strong data analysis, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex business systems into technical requirements and executable code

• A background in financial analysis is a plus.
