Job description
As a Data Analytics Associate, you will run our performance campaigns by analyzing data sets to implement appropriate strategies and optimizations to hit our Advertiser’s KPI goals. You will execute tactical operations to improve the efficiency of the advertising and carry out statistical analysis to troubleshoot the advertising system while maintaining communication with the commercial and engineering teams.

Qualifications
3-4 years of experience as an analyst or equivalent
Comfortable looking through large data sets that require mathematical skills
Excited to be part of a quickly growing team with a self-motivated attitude
Works well under pressure and the ability to reprioritize on the spot
Great teamwork and organizational skills, including strong communication, a proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, demanding start-up environment
Naturally curious problem solver who enjoys thinking outside of the box when it comes to problem solving
