POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Data Coordinator to manage the process of setting up and monitoring data pipelines for our customers into our data ecosystem. This position requires outstanding communication, being highly organized, and project management skills. Data Coordinators are responsible for transferring and transforming data upon request, tracking our client progress using tools like Salesforce, new implementations, and monitoring existing data feeds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure data files from third parties and internal groups contain all information necessary to perform our services
    • Assist in new client setup and kick-offs, configure SFTP connectivity and verify standardized format of data
    • Track and document the flow of data from external sources through our system, methods for data delivery, and work towards optimizing this process
    • Supervise client data delivery deliverables and schedules. Ensure timely and accurate data
    • Manage and document workflow using a project management system (SalesForce) and updating operational data, ensuring all parties involved have high visibility on the status of ongoing clients and data
    • Learn and understand the business issues and data challenges of the industry and PBM organizations. Assist with ongoing quality control and identifying underlying issues
    • Work collaboratively with many different teams across the company
    • Over time the candidate will develop skills in: Healthcare data processes, Salesforce, Excel and other data manipulation tools, Project management

QUALIFICATIONS

    • ·Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in college projects, internships, or work experience: Working with and manipulating data files; Analyzing data with Excel; Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through
    • Good interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication
    • Technical mindset with an attention to detail.
    • Salesforce experience a plus
