You will:
- Use APIs to configure the 1up platform to achieve our customer's contractual obligations
- Work on 1up software products to ETL data and to perform FHIR validation
- Help test integrations with EHR vendors and data partners
- Initiate data population and complete configuration exercises to support EMR integrations
- Troubleshoot system processes and use internal tools
- Collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure deliverables are met according to the project plan
- Be a FHIR resource to customers and answer detailed questions on how data is presented through FHIR
- Guide engineering and data teams to create improved tooling
- Develop automation to support overall process improvement
We are looking for people who have:
- 3+ years of data engineering experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience building scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
- Experience using Node.js or Python
- Proficient in Linux
- Experienced in database architecture, with professional experience using relational SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Experience with large-scale data processing platforms such as Spark, EMR, or HPC computing experience (Apache Aurora, Slurm)
- Experience with AWS infrastructure
You may also have:
- Experience working with a JVM (Java, Kotlin or Scala)
- Experience working with FHIR
