About the Role
As the first Data Scientist at Papa, you will play a key role in improving our user experience and the health of our marketplace. You will partner with business owners across growth, product, and operations to understand goals, craft KPIs, and measure ongoing performance.
Initially, you will work with product, growth, and engineering teams to ensure we have the proper instrumentation in place to deliver on these metrics. This may include input into expanding Papa’s data management capabilities. Your work will be crucial to architecting and building our data infrastructure.
You will subsequently use advanced statistical techniques to analyze large data sets and identify key insights to inform growth opportunities, product improvements, and business strategy. You will help ensure that our teams are asking the right questions and help find those answers.
