Data Scientist

(location: Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Lublin, Warsaw or remote work)

Key responsibilities

• Evaluating data sources and automate collection processes
• Processing of structured and unstructured data
• Looking for patterns and trends in analyzed datasets
• Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Presenting information using data visualization techniques
• Collaborate with developers and product team
• Presenting information using data visualization techniques

You are a perfect candidate if You

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Applied Math
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in data mining techniques
• Understanding of machine-learning
• Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Java or APEX
• Knowledge of commercial solvers (e.g. CPLEX, ALGLIB, Gurobi)
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g.Hadoop)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Knowledge of consumer product goods (CPG) highly desirable
