Impact you will make

The Data Support Analyst fills a critical role ensuring the smooth flow of data between FinThrive and customer data systems. By streamlining data collection, validation, and integration, data intake analysts enable automation. This leads to improved productivity, reduced manual effort, and increased customer value.

What you will do

  • Monitor and report data issues
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve all data related problems
  • Support the ETL process by mapping file inputs to their destination
  • Verify data mapping, loading, and data completeness
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, discovery, assessment, and validation using off-the-shelf as well as internal tools
  • Work closely with product and development teams to recommend improvements that will reduce support cost and enhance customer experience

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills
  • Creativity and analytical aptitude with the ability to understand complex business practices
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision
  • Travel required: Minimal (a couple of times a year)

What we would like to see

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with process diagram and flowchart (MS Visio, Draw IO, etc.)
  • 1+ years’ experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • Experience with Epic, Meditech, McKesson, Cerner, etc.
