West Monroe Partners is seeking an experienced Data Engineering & Analytics Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to help build out the expanding competencies for the practice including data visualization, data warehousing, and value-based data driven decision best practices. You will be leading large projects across Fortune 250 clients driving value through data centric solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with our clients as part of a development team to evaluate requirements and develop business intelligence and data warehousing solutions· 
  • Work with consultants to design and develop various ETL, data ingestion, and data warehouse mappings, and architectures·
  • Coordinate activities with data source application owners to ensure integration and data integrity
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data extracts
  • Be responsible for overall project lifecycle, scope, KPIs, SOW, and engagement with the client

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required or other professional equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands on development experience and 6+ years of project management/people leadership experience
  • Experience with data warehouse platforms including Snowflake, SQL, etc.
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.
  • Good knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within a data warehousing and business intelligence environment 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Ability to work well in a team of 2 to 5 consultants 
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-40% nationally when it is safe to do so

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here.  Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
