Zoom is looking for a Digital Analyst to generate insights for eCommerce and Marketing teams to inform our strategic initiatives & product roadmap.
About the Team
This role is part of the Digital Analytics team supporting Zooms Digital properties to accelerate growth. This candidate will provide customer insights about online behavior that will inform future B2C & B2B strategies. This candidate has a passion for storytelling through data and acts as a champion for decision-making across the organization. This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company. Passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is a must.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Insights Generation: Lead regular reporting on key business metrics, conduct KPI tracking and trend analysis, and perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions.
Channel Performance Analysis: Provide deep insights into marketing effectiveness through channel-specific performance analysis (SEM, SEO, Social).
Dashboard Management: Build, maintain, and enhance automated Tableau dashboards for easy access to critical performance data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis: Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing teams to define KPIs, analyze customer funnel performance, and uncover conversion and abandonment patterns.
Optimization & Experimentation: Support A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and develop data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Use customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to drive personalized experiences and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Marketing teams to align on customer experience, loyalty initiatives, and retention efforts; support site redesigns and enhancements.
Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, analytics tools, and platform features (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in digital analytics with platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Proven experience in dashboard development & automation.
Expertise in KPI tracking, trend analysis, and channel-specific performance analysis (e.g., SEM, SEO, Social).
Strong skills in data storytelling—translating technical and statistical information into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Experience with media mix optimization and attribution modeling is a plus.
Quantitative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate confidently with cross-functional teams.
Experience in documenting and presenting results to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$76,800.00
Maximum:
$186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
