About This Role
Zoom is looking for an Experimentation Analyst to partner with the Testing Organization to optimize our upper funnel experience for the small business segment. This candidate will work closely with our product development, analytics, marketing, design, and business stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of our testing campaigns. This candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders throughout the testing process, statistically analyzing results to create actionable recommendations, and distilling insights from multiple data sets both; quantitative and qualitative.
About the role:
● Analyzing experimentation results based on statistical methods to provide statistically significant, sound recommendations to push winning solutions into production for all traffic
● Determine test result statistical significance, level of confidence, when to stop testing, recommend next steps, and discern key takeaways
● Define new opportunities to test using data-driven observations and analysis
● Documenting test results/implications, and using this knowledge to iterate upon test concepts and further optimize the customer experience
● Work with optimization specialist to QA A/B tests before they go live to ensure we have the correct critical metrics set up, as well as any other event metrics necessary to perform a proper analysis
● Advocating for data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of digital product experience
● Work with Experimentation Lead to evangelize proper data governance, test design, and analysis methodology regarding all testing initiatives
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products, and new features within existing platforms.
About you:
● 4+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, etc.
● Experience optimizing lead generation and ecommerce funnels
● Knowledge of testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, and/or Adobe Target
● Proficiency in ContentSquare or other Digital Experience Analytics software
● Experience analyzing successful A/B & Multivariate tests for digital organizations
● Experience using SQL to query databases is a plus
● Previous experience using statistical methods to analyze data in statistical hypothesis testing (sampling, variance, statistical significance, confidence intervals, regression, wins within confidence levels, etc.)
● This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company.
● Comfortable working with others and a clear, confident communicator
● Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic work environment
● Ability to document and present results to different stakeholders
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$90,500.00
Maximum:
$209,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
