About the Team
Zoom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, OTC Strategy & Insights to help scale our operations through data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with stakeholders on multiple complex issues to influence the direction of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) strategy at Zoom. You will build and analyze revenue, pricing, and transactional datasets to guide deal strategy. Additionally, you will analyze operational metrics to guide insights around how to minimize friction in the sales cycle and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience working with big data tools, creating dashboards, and distilling insights for management. This role will report to the OTC Strategy & Insights Manager.
About the Role
- Analyze transactional data, build models, test business hypotheses, and provide recommendations on deal-level pricing, discounting, and other contractual frameworks to grow top-line revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Enterprise Systems, Data Science, FP&A, and others to develop recommendations and guide programs that improve internal productivity and scale operations for the OTC teams (Deals Desk, Order Management, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivables).
- Transform raw data from finance systems into easily accessible tables for finance and accounting users and perform ad hoc analyses.
- Create data visualization dashboards in Tableau to monitor sales patterns and KPIs around process quality and efficiency
- Advise on the design and implementation of new finance systems and workflows or changes to existing ones
- Evaluate the impact of new go-to market plans on quote-to-cash activities, revenue accounting, and financial reporting
About You
- 3+ years in Strategy Consulting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, or similar roles
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance/Economics, or related areas
- Experience with SQL, scripting languages (e.g. Python), and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) required
- Experience building data models and applying machine learning

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$101,070.00 USD
Maximum :
$187,020.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
