About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to support us as we continue to develop our strategy for how we build our brand and approach our marketing efforts. This position is key to enabling us to connect with consumers in an increasingly digital world. We are looking for candidates passionate about the B2C consumer engagement experience and that are excited to apply their knowledge of digital tools to solve business problems. 

This position will be a key member of our Marketing team and will engage in activities that will include attracting new customers and ensuring we’re strategically aligned in the market. Our ideal candidate will have a love for interpreting and utilizing data to make decisions that drive the business forward - not just generate more clicks.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive user acquisition and profitability across digital channels, including paid search, social media, and display ads
  • Analyze key metrics across all digital marketing campaigns to identify trends and  opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
  • Manage and implement new digital marketing campaigns directly in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms
  • Test and implement new bidding and keyword targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify potential risks before deployment of new marketing campaigns or initiatives in the areas of marketing, product launch readiness, service support, legal, risk, compliance and controls.
  • Develop and implement testing initiatives alongside product leads to improve the customer experience 
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned 

 

What We Look For

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience related to digital marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Heap, etc.) preferred but not required
  • Experience with producing reliable reporting on a regular basis
  • Proactive self-starter that enjoys and thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
  • Strong analytical skills; solid understanding of experiment design, measurement, and analysis (i.e. A/B testing) and the ability to make recommendations supported by data-based rationale
  • Eagerness to test and iterate to drive incremental business improvements
  • Willingness to dive deep into the data to understand end to end campaign performance’
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically-driven, and fast-paced environment.
