As the Director of Enterprise Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Customer Experience to enable data-driven decision making.
 
Reporting to the Chief Data Science Officer, you will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we apply data to critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:

    • Own enterprise analytics for all internal operations of Cart.com - includes vertical such as but not limited to finance, sales, corporate marketing, customer success, fulfillment operations, investor relations, etc.
    • Define and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap
    • Partner with our talent organization to recruit and lead a world class technical team - includes system architecture, data engineering, data visualization / reporting, strategic analytics, and data science
    • Manage and maintain the complete delivery cycle of analytics deliverables, including integrated dashboards and ad-hoc requests
    • Empower the organization to use self-service data to take action in real time in their roles through ongoing education, approachable tools, and clean datasets
    • Build partnerships throughout the organization to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for business impact through data & analytics
    • Drive the overall strategy and prioritization of advanced analytics projects - includes customer segmentation, territory planning, predicted customer lifetime value, attribution, sales cycle content personalization, and demand/churn forecasting
    • This role will require some level of hands on activity for the foreseeable future

Who You Are:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience, including leading a high-performing team responsible for data engineering, analytics, and data science
    • Strong ability to architect solutions
    • Professional experience using advanced SQL in a cloud data warehouse environment (such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or RedShift)
    • Strong data visualization skills - experience with Tableau preferred
    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred
    • Strong programming skills in python preferred
