Cart.com is looking for a scrappy, data-driven individual to join the Product Operations Team as a Product Analyst. In this role, you will work across Cart.com’s SaaS portfolio to uncover feature adoption, user experience, behavioral, and business outcome insights to inform how we build the best possible ecommerce experience for our brands.
 
As a member of the new Product Operations team, you should have a bias for action and be very comfortable with building process and analytics MVPs, running experiments, and identifying sources of product signal while working through ambiguity. In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering leadership, work across the full product portfolio, and have exposure to the entire product management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the product management team to drive product insights by analyzing and synthesizing insights from product, GTM, support, and market data
    • Design user journeys and create dashboards to measure feature adoption, behavioral patterns, and user cohorts
    • Identify areas of friction in the user experience
    • Create onboarding and usage health scores to drive optimization for healthy, sticky user behaviors
    • Collaborate closely with success, sales, and other stakeholders to analyze and circulate data that drives more informed, timely customer conversations
    • Support product launches with audience-based release plans and real-time adoption analysis for A/B tests
    • Analyze internal process metrics for our Innovation organization and make recommendations to help improve product and engineering workflows
    • Empathize and advocate for end-users and conduct qualitative user research
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience

    • 1+ years of experience (internships and intensive coursework included) analyzing user or product data to influence product decisions and drive a measurable outcome
    • Demonstrated experience learning and building quickly with new tools
    • Experience using SQL for data analysis projects or with complex data models in a programming project
    • Experience creating data visualizations

Bonus Points

    • High proficiency in SQL or other query languages
    • Experience completing a project with Tableau, Heap Analytics, and/or Snowflake
    • Prior experience in a product organization
    • Prior experience working in eCommerce
