Help bring Liberty Mutual into the future by advocating on behalf of all data scientists across the enterprise.  For Liberty Mutual to be successful using ML, DS, and AI we need to ensure our customers, partners and regulators have trust in the data driven decisions we make.  The Director of Trusted AI Product Management will be a key member of the Office of Data Science Product Team.  As the Director of Trusted AI Product Management, you will lead Trusted AI efforts at Liberty Mutual. You will develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for the Trusted AI portfolio and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.  Liberty Mutual aspires to be the data science leader within the insurance industry and you will play a key role in partnering across the organization to make this happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Trusted AI portfolio inclusive of Data Science reliability, privacy & security, fairness, interpretability, and governance
  • Manage Trusted AI vendor and open-source selection and tool development for the Trusted AI Portfolio. Partner with Corporate Technology to embed Trusted AI practices into LMs enterprise DS tools
  • Provide updates and presentations to senior leaders on the Trusted AI Program
  • Partner with the Trusted AI Data Science Leader, ODS Science and Liberty Mutual Data Science teams to further cultivate a DS culture of trust and integrity
  • Build relationships across the enterprise and promote excitement for Trusted AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Actuarial, Legal, and Global Compliance and Ethics on efforts to reduce the risk of data science and machine learning
