Corporate Functions Global Finance Technology is actively searching for a creative and highly productive member to support distributed, dynamic agile teams to serve as a technical expert in analysis, design, coding, and testing innovative data reporting solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity to support the transformation of our financial platforms and services across the Shared Finance and Global Treasury portfolios, meet unlimited challenges and define the database architecture while working with teams of engineers.
Job Summary:
You will work collaboratively with geographically distributed agile teams to develop and enhance complex systems from user stories to technical/architectural specifications. You will analyze complex technical system problems and create innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
This is a fast-paced environment providing delivery for our varied business partners. In this role you will be working in a highly collaborative environment to build out and define patterns for the go-forward data platform for Global Finance.
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops programs and tools to support ingestion, curation and provisioning of complex enterprise data to achieve analytics, reporting, and data science.
- Identifies process improvements that address complex technology gaps within a single business process.
- Builds strong knowledge of technology enablers.
- Analyzes and prepares complex technology enabled recommendations to address gaps within a single business process.
- Provides successful deployment and provisioning of data solutions to production or other required environments.
- Designs and builds data provisioning workflows/pipelines, physical data schemas, extracts, data transformations, and data integrations and/or designs and builds data architecture and applications that enable reporting, analytics, data science, and data management and improve accessibility, efficiency, governance, processing, and quality of data.
- Makes recommendations for how to improve data. Applies machine learning concepts to work as applicable.
