🤩 The Opportunity - A day in the life of a Growth Analyst at Rupa
This is our first data role on the Rupa team! You'll be reporting directly to the cofounder/Head of Product, and you'll be working on our cross-functional Growth Hacking team - which is an intersection of our growth and product teams. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that allows us to make the best decisions to grow our practitioner base.
As a Growth Analyst for Rupa Health, you will be responsible for making sure we are able to clearly understand the data surrounding our key metrics, and helping us to run statistically relevant experiments that allow us to drive growth.
We're looking for someone extremely analytical, with strong technical skills that are able to help us tie together our SQL database, Segment events, Metabase, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Managers, Google Data Studio, UTM tracking, and everywhere else that we collect and organize data.

- 2-4 years experience as a Growth/Data Analyst
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong knowledge of Segment, Metabase, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, GTM, Google Data Studio, and UTM links
- Loves to build out data dashboards and help implement experiments
- You take extreme ownership, very friendly, low-ego, lifelong learner, collaborative and fun
