🚀 A little about Rupa - The future is personalized, root-cause healthcare.

Rupa is bringing tools and resources to trailblazing functional medicine practitioners who are practicing medicine in a way that truly helps people get well.

Root cause medicine is revolutionizing healthcare, empowering providers and patients to go beyond treating symptoms and instead approach complex, chronic health conditions with a deep understanding of a personalized, root cause. At Rupa, we are building the infrastructure to make this approach the standard of care for every person on the planet, starting with specialty lab testing. Rupa turns an archaic 15 hour-a-week process into a delightful 15 min task for practitioners ordering specialty lab tests – including DNA, microbiome, advanced fertility, hormonal, and blood labs – for their patients.

The personalized medicine market is expected to reach ~$800B by 2028, providing a huge opportunity for us as a first mover in this space. With a clear mission, strong financial backing, and explosive growth over the past 3 years, our future success depends on our ability to operate cohesively from a clear, forward-looking financial plan.

📊 The Role - A day in the life in Strategy & Analytics at Rupa Health

Imagine… You wake up and start your day with a cup of your favorite morning beverage, ready to dive into the latest data from Rupa’s new marketing campaign.

This is just the latest in a long list of datasets that you’ve sliced, diced, and analyzed, distilling the complexity into clear, actionable insights for our leadership team. You have your finger on the pulse of all strategic initiatives underway at Rupa Health, helping measure their effectiveness in driving our business forward.

But you’re no average data jockey triaging an endless list of ad hoc requests. You’re also consistently raising the bar for reporting at Rupa, building out new dashboards to keep an eye on key metric trends. You use these trends and the results of your analyses to constantly improve the accuracy of our financial models. Your work empowers the company to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and seize new opportunities.

Your work doesn’t stop with a nice graph or an Excel model either. You are constantly collaborating with multiple departments, translating their data into actionable insights and plans to improve our processes. One day you may be working with our Customer Experience leaders on long-term staffing plans, the next will see you partnering with our engineering and lab operations team on increasing the accuracy of our billing statements. Through it all, you are fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and helping guide the team in solving critical business problems.

This is just another day at the office for you. Strategic planning is your bread and butter, powered by your proficiency in the latest data analysis tools and techniques plus a strong financial background. Your ability to communicate complex data in a simplified manner sets you apart as a true business partner that drives results.

It’s not easy, but you make it look easy because, quite frankly, you’re on your way to the Strategy & Analytics Hall of Fame in the world of Root Cause Medicine. And this is your opportunity to do some of the most important work of your career.

Because you are the navigator, propelling Rupa Health forward with your analytical insights into a new era of Root Cause Medicine.
