About the Role

As our Growth Lead, you will be responsible for leading a data-driven approach to uncovering growth levers across the entire customer lifecycle – from user acquisition to product adoption to retention. You will manage key strategic conversations with stakeholders across the company, where the data you analyze and surface will inform company priorities and strategies in the short- and long-term. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: influencing marketing, customer experience and product decisions. You will also have the opportunity to own and implement, end-to-end, growth initiatives uncovered from your own analyses.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of our users, acquisition channels, and full funnel-view ending in product feature adoption and retention/churn
  • Ideate and implement projects end-to-end (e.g. testing new marketing channels, launching certain product features) to drive user and gross payment volume growth
  • Run exploratory analysis with internal and external data to uncover new areas of opportunity (e.g. tangent markets, international expansion), generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity through rapid experimentation and tests
  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer experience, and engineering to anticipate analytics needs and to quantify the impact of marketing campaigns, promotion of existing features, and future product changes
  • Work with the central business analytics team to develop and implement any relevant analytical dashboards (for visibility to go-to-market team as well as across the company) and provide inputs to improve our underlying data infrastructure
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
  • Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision making. Effectively present and communicate analysis to key stakeholders across the company to drive business decisions
  • Drive data-minded culture inside the company

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with experience in growth analytics at product-led B2B or B2B2C companies
  • Extensive experience in quantitative analyses geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experience clearly communicating data-driven insights to influence leadership direction and decisions across functions
  • Proficiency with SQL and other query languages is required; familiarity with common visualization and analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics
  • Bonus: familiarity with modern coding frameworks
  • A driven and ambitious self-starter and incredible prioritizer who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fun problems to tackle!

What You’ll Get

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
  • 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Home office stipend
  • Team Bonding opportunities - annual company retreat for entire team, plus virtual events throughout the year
