Job Overview

We are currently seeking a .NET Lead Data Analyst to join our team of more than a hundred software engineers, data analysts, designers, and project managers that are smart, creative and excited by what they do. Some of our ground-breaking work includes:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise design and development of data driven software products from concept to deployment

  • Perform software requirements analysis through engagement with project managers, project directors, and clients

  • Software design and engineering including hands on code development

  • Provide leadership to data analyst and software development teams and mentor junior staff

  • Continuous evaluation of existing software architectures, proposing new innovative approaches and technologies, developing change management plans, and leading meaningful change

  • Define and drive best of breed data analysis and software development processes that best fit the organizations strategic objectives

  • Communicate solutions and constraints to management and requirements and designs to team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science

  • 10+ years of development experience leading teams building high value systems

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Proficient in Python or C#

  • Proficient in statistical computing environments like R or SAS

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis

  • Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures and algorithms

  • Proficiency in development of highly performant data manipulation and reporting software systems
