About The Team

Our global Fulfillment Operations & Logistics team is responsible for Global transportation, customs, fulfillment warehouse functions and reverse logistics for Tile, Jiobit and Life360.  You will be working in a high-growth & agile environment amongst peers that will respect you and count on you. We are a high performing team that makes decisions every day to influence operating costs, expenses, quality, risk, and lead times.

About the Job

We are hiring a Logistics Analyst to be a global transportation and trade subject matter expert who thrives in a high-growth, agile, lean environment while keeping a cool head. You will be an excellent problem solver and recognize that the important details can make or break the big picture. You will drive all global transportation and Customs execution for our global product launches and influence key decisions to balance cost, quality, risk, and lead-time.  

You will Make Things Happen by designing, creating, and ultimately automating and improving reports and dashboards to efficiently measure cost and performance of all shipments globally.  You will design new creative solutions that Deliver an Exceptional Experience in global logistics.  You will master the details and experiment with your big ideas among peers who will respect you, count on you, and make you feel safe every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Shipment monitoring, measurement, troubleshooting, and exception reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Invoice review, G/L coding, and approval for payment
  • Design, implement, maintain/automate a document warehouse for bills, PoDs, AWBs, Customs docs, etc.
  • Analysis of historical shipment trends, forecast development, and continuous improvement (e.g., transit time, cost, carbon footprint, etc.)
  • Data visualization and reporting
  • Ensuring timely payment performance, credit utilization monitoring
  • Duty drawback measurement, management, and reporting
  • Carrier performance management, including freight claim management
  • Continuously monitor the market for potential new carriers, freight forwarders, services, capacities, costs, etc., and regularly report insights
  • Backup for 3PL site management

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Excel - highly skilled
  • Data visualization - moderately skilled
  • Knowledge of multi-modal transportation/logistics for domestic and international (air, ocean, truck, parcel, etc)

Nice to have:

  • Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI proficiency
  • Netsuite or other ERP proficiency
  • Understanding of order management and/or fulfillment processes
  • Experience working for or managing a carrier or freight forwarder
