About the Job

Life360 is looking for a data savvy seasoned Marketing Analyst focusing on paid acquisition to join our Analytics organization. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Marketing business unit leaders to distill a robust reporting and analytic roadmap to fuel user growth, optimize paid spend, and drive new life cycle marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage their marketing subject acumen, technical talents, and have a consultative approach to lead marketing insights, help target and improve campaign performance, and assist in the delivery of new acquisition program improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner and provide actionable marketing and user acquisition customer insights.
  • Continuously drive for understanding and optimization of paid marketing and return on advertising spend.
  • Improve digital tracking, reporting, and analysis for the performance of marketing activities.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and continued development and improvements in marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Model external and internal customer data to calculate and optimize return on advertising spend and lifetime value efforts.
  • Leverage and improve campaign management analytics tools and implementations.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and data engineering to build out data sets and dashboards for UA team to track and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments and provide recommendations.
  • Distill user insights and campaign analysis findings into cohesive narratives and presentations to provide marketing and consumer insights to marketing and other departments.
  • Advise marketing team and functions (mobile, web, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge “go to” resource for marketing and User acquisition data.
  • Partner closely with Data Architecture and Engineering teams to provide thought leadership and detailed requirements for data needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of marketing and paid user acquisition data and analytics experience in consumer internet, mobile app, or digital product firm..
  • Demonstrated implementation and utilization of user tracking, click stream event platforms, and other paid audience analytics technologies. (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Omniture, Appsflyer)
  • Strong hands on data wrangling and reporting experience with large and complex data sets utilizing SQL, Python / R or equivalent using cloud data technologies like Redshift, Athena, and Snowflake..
  • Experience in delivering enterprise Data and Business Intelligence reporting. (Quicksight, Tableau, Qlick, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Experience gathering, distilling, and providing requirements to technical engineering and data teams.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
