What You’ll Do

Analyzing data, finding insights, and making recommendations to drive informed decision-making for Tile across Product and Marketing teams (15%); Work closely with product, marketing, engineering and finance on the implications of our always-evolving strategy (10%); Develop data pipelines, build reports, dashboards and presentations for key business reviews (25%); Build predictive models and forecasts (5%); Provide ad-hoc analysis to support our product, growth and subscription initiatives (10%); Partner with product leaders to set product strategy, contribute to strategic initiatives, and set and track appropriate metrics and KPIs to inform leadership on performance (10%); Work closely with the Sr. Director, Analytics to formulate, set, and execute Tile's vision for Business Intelligence. Train and onboard existing and new employees into our data-driven decision making framework (10%); Manage, mentor, and develop Tile's product analytics team (10%); Review versions of work from direct reports, give guidance to establish/improve validity of insights, and/or increase business impact. Train team in best practices on visualization, presentation, and communication of complex ideas (5%). Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $286,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What We’re Looking For

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field and 60 months of experience in job offered or closely related occupations.
