WW is looking for candidates to help change people’s lives. We are a global wellness technology company inspiring millions of people to adopt healthy habits for real life. We do this through engaging digital experiences, face-to-face workshops and sustainable programs that encourage people to move more, shift their mindset and eat healthier while enjoying the foods they love. By drawing on over five decades of experience and expertise in behavioral science, we build communities in order to deliver wellness for all.
We're looking for an analytics leader to work across WW, from marketing to product, with a passion for wellness. We are in a digital transformation and need analytics leaders who can discover actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience working with large data stores, and a strong business sense.
We’re looking for someone who can dig in and get things done, and who will set their team up to get things done. You are focused on making a difference, and have built on data analytics results to drive understanding across a product org and drive user engagement with a product. This is a player-coach role. We expect you are actively contributing while mentoring and leading a team.
With over 5M members logging everything they eat, drink, when they sleep, how they feel, what workouts they do, and more, this is an opportunity to work with a large and diverse data set at an established brand that does good in the world.
Your team will support projects across WW. Your own direct work would start with Growth analytics: increasing member acquisition, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have worked in a company that truly believes in Growth Marketing, and has worked to support that effort. This means having experience on a high performing cross functional team that touches everything from buying impressions to managing site conversion.
