What you will do:
As WW modernizes, the Data Analytics team is in a crucial position to impact the future of our products and business. We are looking for an experienced Analytics Leader focused on impact to join our team of 15+ who drive a data-first culture across WW.
Our team primarily supports the product management function (including growth & member experience) through:
The design and analysis of experiments,
Ad-hoc analysis in support of product strategy initiatives,
Definition of and descriptive reporting on performance KPIs,
Research driven by you - If you have an idea, look into it!
This is not a ticket-clearing operation; we are at the forefront of WW strategy, collaborating with business and product leaders to drive member success and business health. All members of our team, from CDO to ICs are in the data - writing sql, performing analysis, and sharing findings in order to move the business forward. In this role, you will be actively contributing to research while mentoring and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Leadership
Internal:
Support each member in their collaboration with internal clients as they attempt to provide maximum business value as efficiently as possible
Balance assignments to allow for great deliverables and team growth
Develop and champion toolsets and best practices to improve quality and efficiency
External:
Maintain good relationships with Product Managers (e.g. engineering and data teams, etc.)
Identify and share opportunity areas ripe for impact; provide high-level statistics about product usage to inform prioritization and focus
Set metrics to baseline and monitor the progress of workstreams
Research
Own and/or partner with ICs to complete the most complex projects in-flight at any time
Identify new opportunities from the data or ways to leverage data and develop buy-in across the organization
People Management
Hold accountability for the performance, wellness at work and growth of members on your team

Experience collaborating with product managers (software/apps) and an interest in developing and maintaining relationships with senior product leadership
Strong business sense and a desire to impact the direction of WW
Expert SQL
R or Scientific Python
Experience with A/B testing design and analysis
Experience creating and evangelizing KPIs
Visualization Software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Github (or similar) familiar
Our titles cover more than one career level. The starting range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 a year. Actual base pay may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, education and years of experience. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
