About the Role
We are looking for a Manager/Senior Analyst, Credit Risk to help Caribou enter the next phase of lending strategy - proprietary underwriting. As one of the first analysts in the newly-built credit team, you will report directly to the VP of Credit and work closely with colleagues in Data Science, Product, and Capital Markets to build a best-in-class credit function on top of a successful origination tech platform. You will have opportunities to lead a wide range of high impact credit analytics projects and shape the company's evolving business model. This role can be based out of Caribou offices in Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Austin, TX. Alternatively, the Manager/Senior Analyst of Credit Risk can work remotely from a state where Caribou does business(we are very remote friendly!). However, this role will require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings. As a result, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible for this position.
