Marketing Analyst plays an important role in supporting the company mission to help people live healthier lives by building a culture of data-driven decision making at AllWays. They are responsible for providing collaborators with insights that help the Medicare Advantage and other marketing teams to set and meet lead generation and customer engagement goals.

Utilizing the large datasets at your disposal, you will partner with your clients to understand and improve the AllWays customer experience to drive customer acquisition.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•    Provide insight into our marketing activities that help the team take action to improve our work
•    Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators for marketing activities, digital properties, and on/off-line campaigns
•    Assist with the acquisition and segmentation of prospect data
•    Prepare regular reports for the marketing team, key internal partners, and senior leadership 
•    Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
•    Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
•    Recommend website and campaign optimizations
•    Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
•    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
•    Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
•    Work is normally performed in a typical remote office work environment.     

KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION    

Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree
•    2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)
•    Experience and understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnel and digital marketing channels 
•    Analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
•    Experience in the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred
•    Experience with web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms
•    Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
•    Experience in statistical analysis (SAS or R)

EXPERIENCE  

Required:
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
•    Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
•    Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
•    Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
