The Role:

Bevy is looking for a self-starter with an eye for detecting patterns, a passion for telling stories with data, ability to connect data with business results, experience contributing to marketing and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a diverse set of digital marketing platforms, lead scoring and tracking, digital media, web analytics, social media analytics, and experience connecting these to business metrics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Measure ROI and marketing effectiveness. This position will be instrumental in measuring our marketing spend and will create predictive models based on our customer profile. 
  • Track key business metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities. Monitor all demand and lead generation activities in CRM. Collaborate with marketers and sales to analyze the sales pipeline.
  • Audience analysis, including lead scoring, attribution models, and insights into our segments.   
  • Evaluate campaign performance. Help the team make faster decisions and understand which campaign to prioritize. Provide feedback on KPIs and create reports and data models to help teams understand campaign results.
  • Present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.    

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or related roles in digital marketing (paid search, paid social, digital display & video, web, email.)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Expertise in R, SQL, or Python for segmentation, cohort analyses, multi-variant testing, and building regression models for marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics required 
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Wrike, Agorapuls is a plus

Although we are a remote company, we try to minimize the time zone spread within our teams. Our daylight working hours are within the North and South America's timezone.
