About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for an associate on our Marketing team. This position focuses on executing on critical, high priority growth marketing projects. This person will span projects across digital and offline marketing channels executing on strategic marketing initiatives. This person will leverage the wealth of data the business generates to understand opportunities, help improve customer experiences, and have a part in building a world-class customer experience across multiple touchpoints. We are looking for candidates who are excited about developing and executing on strategic marketing initiatives as well as continuously improving upon existing processes and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute on marketing initiatives that focus on new projects and/or existing channel optimization
  • Identify opportunities and work with leadership to turn the opportunities into initiatives
  • Perform market analysis and competitive intelligence research to inform new ideas or existing program improvements
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs, problem solve and deliver on solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to execute on initiatives including marketing, product, sales, engineering, design, legal and others.
  • Deliver insights and reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skill and comfort with making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Hungry to work hard, learn fast, and drive impact on the business 
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘figure it out & get it done’ mentality
  • Excellent analytical skills; solid understanding of experiment design, measurement, and analysis (i.e. A/B testing) and the ability to make recommendations supported by data-based rationale
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Prior direct response, lead generation and/or direct-to-consumer marketing experience preferred
