Marketing Analytics Manager

The Marketing Analytics Manager will analyze and present data that will further Alma’s understanding of our marketing B2B and B2C customer journeys. This individual should thrive in the opportunity to provide solutions/answers for questions challenging our entire marketing team: Growth, Product and Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Growth Marketing, but more broadly supporting the full marketing organization, this role will have immense influence over our strategic marketing decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of how our data is structured and transform raw information into visualizations and insights that empower our teams to make effective decisions
  • Partner with Marketing on full customer journey analysis. Use predictive analyses to set priorities and tests that improve overall user experience, retention, and revenue
  • Analyze historical data, identify trends and support decision making and prioritization
  • Use data to set accurate benchmarks and goals for marketing initiatives and assist in re-forecasting and predictive modeling
  • Work with Growth Marketing teams on attribution modeling
  • Create, manage and maintain a repository of reports and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in current processes
  • Translate statistical findings into recommendations for company leaders
  • Take responsibility for analytical projects from intake and ideation to completion in collaboration with marketing, product, engineering, and other teams
  • Define technical implementations/improved techstack to ensure accurate, scalable data tracking

Who you are:

  • You have 4+ years of experience within a marketing or growth analytics role, ideally in a high-growth start up environment
  • You are comfortable applying and explaining statistical concepts
  • You have experience with marketing and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase, Iterable, Marketo, Advertising Platforms) preferred
  • You are an expert in SQL and Excel with experience using Google Sheets; have experience with data model development
  • You possess a desire to fully immerse yourself in data
  • You are comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels of an organization and across functions
  • You are a strong project manager who can keep track of multiple ongoing conversations and relationships
  • You possess the ability to think strategically and adapt to change
  • You feel strongly about Alma’s mission and the future of mental health
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and creating a path forward without always having 'perfect' data or the entire picture

Salary Band: $100,000 - $125,000
