ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager on our Data Team to drive our media measurement and attribution models.  

This role will lead a cross-functional team of analysts and data scientists to deliver measurement solutions, in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations that maximize LTV of our couples. The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background with applications to marketing science, while being a collaborative partner to business operators.

You should have experience operating in a mature user acquisition organization with sophisticated models on attribution and acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for marketing analytics in close partnership with Marketing and Finance leadership
  • Build measurement models and frameworks to help the Acquisition team better understand the performance of their marketing efforts, especially as it relates to incrementality
  • Inform media strategy by identifying and sizing areas of opportunity through performance analysis
  • Oversee modeling efforts and their applications to mix optimization, attribution, targeting and experimentation
  • Partner with Marketing leads to identify new reporting and data requirements, document requirements, build reports and coordinate with engineering, data engineering, and our analytics developers to provide the necessary data points
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing executives to determine the ROI of marketing spend, determine spend levels, carry out annual planning, and forecast member acquisition
  • Spearhead proper experimental design, and provide advanced analytical support on marketing campaign tests with clear conclusions on test outcome
  • Manage and enhance the current marketing program return on investment framework.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor or graduate degree in a quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience building Media Mix Models, Multi Touch Attribution, and measuring TV/Media performance 
  • 3+ years of experience owning marketing attribution at a consumer technology company
  • Familiarity with marketing funnel reporting and industry critical metrics, such as website sessions, MQLs, pipeline, and bookings
  • Proficiency at either Python or R 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and shift gears quickly.
