Who We’re Looking For

For the Operations Analyst - Payer position, we’re looking for someone who can help develop data management standards, streamline data loading processes, and resolve data quality issues. Across all roles, we look for future team members who will live our values of Collaboration, Inspired, Steadfast, Courageous, and Excellence.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for various data sets
  • Execute data ingest, conversion and QA processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyze Payer contracts and other documents.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a customer
  • Represent operations needs of downstream uses of the data, driving improvement opportunities
  • Manage multiple tasks with differing timetables across different datasets and clients
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data issues that arise
  • Serve as a member of cross-functional team(s) on specific initiatives and projects

General Experience Guidelines

We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:

  • Possess computer capabilities including spreadsheet and database entry. (Excel, SQL)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical thinking with a proven ability to solve complex, technical problems
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves issues independently, and escalates more complex questions or issues appropriately.
  • Ability to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction.

Expected Salary Range

$60,000 - $75,000
