What You'll Do

We are looking for a collaborative Principal Data Scientist. You have a strong inclination to work in rapidly developing and expanding organizations and possess the necessary background to do so. You are well-acquainted with the fast-paced, high-volume, and uncertain nature of operations in the organization, and perceive it as a chance to deliver significant outcomes.

  • Work with product teams to understand and develop data models that can meet requirements and operationalize well
  • Collaborate with Product and other Engineers to solve problems that directly impact enterprise customers
  • Use Data Science techniques to provide insights to the Organization as well as Customers
  • If needed, build data transformations and data flows utilizing Python, DBT, and Snowflake
  • Build  / evaluate predictive models that help improve our products 
  • Build tools that help other team members who are working within the Analytics and Data Science teams
  • Learn and apply knowledge about the drug discount space, and become a subject matter expert for internal teams to draw upon
  • Mentor other data analysts and scientists

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
  • 12+ years of work experience working with Data as a data scientist or researcher in a professional full-time role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python with at least 5 years of experience in both
  • Experience of at least 2+ years with Data Analytics libraries such as Pandas, Numpy and others
  • Experience of at least 5 years with cloud native infrastructure (we use Azure)
  • Experience of 2+ years with containerized applications
  • Experience of 3+ years building data and predictive pipelines for the healthcare industry
  • Professional experience in application programming with an object-oriented language.

Expected Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 base + bonus
