At Notarize, we’re pulling the future closer, bringing industries like real estate, automotive, and financial services into the digital age. We’re the first company to complete a legal online notarization, online mortgage closing, online will, online auto sale, and countless other critical transactions.
We’re proud to play an integral role for our customers -- from individuals to major enterprises -- in making life’s most important moments better.

Our business has grown exponentially (over 600%!) in the past year. In September 2021 we came in at #114 on Inc.’s list of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in the nation. We raised an additional $130 million in Series D funding in March of this year -- backed by industry behemoths like Capital G/Google, Citi, and Wells Fargo -- and we recently announced a major strategic partnership with Adobe.

Notarize is the pioneer and market leader in Remote Online Notarization (RON), and we’re building the team that will operate a critical platform in tomorrow’s fully-remote economy. Come join us!

Notarize is proud to be a fully-distributed, remote-first team. Employees can work from anywhere in the United States -- all 50 states and D.C too.

As our Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with our product, research, design, and engineering teams to support initiatives with data-driven insights. You’ll develop and share metrics to understand the goals, needs, and pain points of our users. You’ll brainstorm experiments to optimize the experience of our notaries and signers. And you’ll work with product managers to dive deeply into the data to determine the signal from the noise and measure the impact of our work for Notarize.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate with teams across the company to solve human-centric problems and unlock opportunities, and you'll bring product expertise to important efforts to grow the business. Expertise with data and analysis, and willingness to dive in and execute will be key factors for success.

What you’ll do as a Product Analyst at Notarize:

    • Write complex SQL queries for both ad-hoc analyses and scheduled ETL
    • Present metrics and analyses to leadership in meetings and through automated dashboards
    • Identify meaningful insights and effectively communicate why they matter
    • Support experiment design, execution and analysis
    • Manage company-wide data requests, maintain and update dashboards
    • Establish a deep understanding of our customers through data, and drive growth initiatives
    • Define and monitor key metrics, investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps.
    • Contribute to our team and company data culture through documentation and maintenance
    • Partner with product and engineering to identify gaps and opportunities in existing products and processes

    • 2+ years professional experience in a product or data analytics role
    • Advanced skills in SQL (familiarity with PostgreSQL & NRQL a plus)

    • Ability to work with dirty, ambiguous data - identify flaws, clean data set, analyze accurately, and communicate clearly
    • Data-driven: You are a logical thinker who likes to measure things and make decisions based on that data
    • Excellent prioritization and organization skills in managing multiple requests.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and able to adapt smoothly to changes in team structure or priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Some of our benefits:

    • Competitive salaries & equity
    • Heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision
    • 401k with 4% match
