About the Role:

Works with all company business units and related third parties to complete analysis of business processes or applications. Translates and documents the business needs into user stories for software development to maximize the value of a product or service.

What You Will Do:

• Acts as a liaison across multiple business units, systems development, management, and end-users to understand the business objectives and determine requirements.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal and external customers and provides results to senior leadership..
• Continuously ensures the agile team always has an adequate amount of ready work in the backlog.
• Responsible for verifying with user representatives and stakeholders that use case and process models accurately portray specific business needs while and ensures completed work aligns with project scope.
• Performs analysis on new business initiatives through collaboration with Executive and Business Sponsors, technical and shared business teams and ensures the business stakeholder’s strategic vision is clear to the software development teams.
• Negotiate conflicting priorities among multiple stakeholders to ensure the software development team has a single prioritized list of work to follow.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Communication skills (written & verbal)
• Listening
• Problem solving

Salary range:  $69,098.54 – $127,614.10

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
