We now have an exciting opportunity for a well rounded analytical thinker to help us expand our product experimentation landscape. We are looking for someone with a background in a big tech company and motivated to solve strategic and high impact problems with the power of data.
This role works closely with the business and the digital teams to come up with solutions to our biggest customer and operational challenges.

The role & responsibilities:

  • Create and design A/B experiments, analyse the results and provide decision recommendations
  • Perform analyses through understanding problems, collecting, preparing, visualising and examining trends in large data sets to deliver insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Build analytical experiments, reports and dashboards to track progress and monitor success metrics
  • Prioritise according to business impact and support teams to drive change
  • Be accountable for monitoring the backlog, improving our efficiency and ability to deliver results faster
  • Identify and research for opportunities related to product (such as user experience) to lead to business success
  • Research in how to expand the company tracking capabilities to retrieve insightful information
  • Collaborate with other teams and cross-departmental projects
  • Collaborate with the teams to ensure the best practises are being followed
  • Bachelor’s degree in. Quantitative subject: Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or any related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics in tech
  • Solid understanding of experimental methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.) and experience in designing and analyzing experiments to drive business impact.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL, statistical analysis and Python
  • Knowledge in one or more analytics & visualisation tools (e.g. Looker)
  • Experience with Amplitude or other A/B testing tool
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
  • Team player with good communication and storytelling skills
  • Fluent in English
