Gradient Learning and CZI envision a country where demographics (e.g. race and socioeconomic status) are not predictive of outcomes and every child enters adulthood with the knowledge, skills, habits, and agency they need to realize their full potential.
We achieve this by supporting an iteratively improving K-12 education system that makes sure all students are equitably prepared (i.e. each student is given exactly what they need).
We believe each student needs to achieve a baseline of commencement-level academic outcomes (aka a high school diploma). That said, we also believe academic outcomes are necessary, but not sufficient.
We believe transformational K-12 education honors the humanity of every student and educator and takes a whole child approach to education. This is the key to students thriving and flourishing in life beyond the classroom.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with a team that leverages data analysis and visualization to help school administrators make better decisions. Your charter, going forward, could include (but isn’t limited to) using data as a lever for change with other key audiences, including teachers and parents. You will partner closely with a software development team, learning scientists, human development experts, and former educators to continue to create and refine the technology tools that help our teachers and students thrive.
