Articulates and translates the strategic vision into the department of data products and solutions, implementing programs that impact the way a SBU and/or multiple operations interact with customers to ultimately enhance and continuously improve products and services to customers as measured by relevant KPIs. Ensures that any new data product meets the evolving needs of the organization, through continual innovation, evaluation, and implementation. Works on low to moderately complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge in breadth/ or depth in area of expertise with the support of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage low to moderately complex projects and recommends and implements with the support of a senior level team members new or enhanced data products to better meet stakeholder or customer needs by leading development of project backlogs and plans, including milestones and dates, identification of parties and processes impacted by a data solution.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the use of data in solving a business use case. Can create roadmaps for product delivery, advocate for innovation, and create new product ideas for review before implementation
• Able to prioritize efforts based on customer value with guidance from senior team members.
• With support may communicate to a senior audience how technical designs meet business needs, and shows an understanding of industry trends and business processes.
• Able to break down data issues and resolve them with guidance from senior members, by outlining solution diagrams to meet the needs of both the organization and business customers.
• Ability to think through proof-of-concept solutions and propose ideas for future review and consultation to determine viability of proof of concepts
