We’re looking to hire a Product Strategy Manager, Data & Analytics to lead our end-to-end go-to-market efforts for our Data Science and Analytics tools, which power products relied on by millions of people around the world.

As a member of our Data and Platform Product team, you’ll be responsible for bringing best-in-class data products and features to market, both on their own and embedded within other Fourth products.

As you lead cross-functional efforts, you’ll coordinate our Data Science, Product Management and Commercial teams. You’ll also utilize your industry, market, and product expertise to educate our teams and customers on market developments, emerging themes and opportunities.

And you’ll be supported at every step by peers and leaders who are invested in your success.

The Role. . .

    • Synchronize the Product go-to-market plan (the product works as expected and is made available), with the Marketing go-to-market plan (ensure external collateral and communication align with the product functionality) and the overarching business go-to-market plan (set, measure, and report clear, objective goals).
    • Orchestrate internal and external adoption and launches, provides the foundation for how the launches roll into the portfolio at large.
    • Help to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with colleagues in Product, Engineering, User Experience, and Data Science
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their questions and challenges in order to expand usage of data throughout our product portfolio
    • Establish yourself as the expert on our capabilities and the market, both internally and externally
    • Build excitement internally through demos, training sessions and any other avenue you can dream up
    • Train our teams so they understand the value proposition of our data initiatives, and how they align with Fourth’s goals
    • Coordinate with other Product teams to ensure smooth integration and launch of new capabilities
    • Partner with Marketing to drive customer and industry awareness of the cool things you’re building
    • Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish fruitful partnerships 

The Role. . .

    • An understanding of Data Science and analytics
    • Experience running go-to-market programs as a Product Manager or Product Marketer for a SaaS company
    • The ability to explain highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience and a comfort acting as “the bridge” between technical and business teams
    • A love of complex, interconnected systems and the data they generate
    • A natural inclination toward collaboration, transparency and respect
    • Comfortable working as a part of a globally distributed team
    • Able to drive workstreams independently and initiatives with minimal guidance
    • Experience writing clear and succinct communication that provides clear direction on required decisions and properly frames contexts
    • Outstanding data analysis skills paired with experience making complex, data-driven decisions
